P & A Wood has created a dedicated on-site Training Centre which offers both classroom and workshop facilities which have been inspected and endorsed by The IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). The Level 2 and 3 ‘Classic Vehicle Restoration Qualification’ has been developed by The IMI in association with the FBHVC (Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs). The programme will be delivered under the expert supervision of North London Garages and gains recognition as a satellite IMI approved Centre as part of NLG’s IMI Approved Centre Status.
The qualification, which would usually be a 3 year undertaking, has been adapted to meet the strict high standards and requirements of P & A Wood and will now take 4 years to complete.
